Quick delivery: We aim to ship and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders will ship from our warehouse within 2 business days of placing the order.

Delivery times: depend on size of order and demand for matcha. Estimated Delivery Times: <= 10 KG (9 Days), < 50 KG (14 Days), < 100 KG (21 Days), 100 KG + please contact sales: wholesale@tenzotea.co for a delivery time estimate

 

Refund & Returns: We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully. If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge. We ask that you return the faulty product. We take the quality of our products very seriously and want our Quality Team to investigate the issue.
